Ingredients:
Potato 500g, spareribs 200g
Seasonings:
Peanut oil 50g, soy sauce 2g, coriander3g, green onion 3g, crushed garlic 3g, ginger powder 3g, Chinese prickly ash 3g,
fennel powder 2g, table salt 2g, gourmet powder 1g
Preparation:
1.Stir-fry pork until it dries out. Add soy sauce, green onion, crushed
garlic, ginger powder, Chinese prickly ash, fennel powder, salt and water.
Put everything in a pressure cooker and braise until medium-well.
2.Clean and peel the potatoes and cut them into big pieces. Put the
pieces into the pressure cooker and cook until well-dine. Add gourmet powder,
coriander, and green onion, then serve.
